Tom has been a licensed realtor for 29 years and has been a Realtor Associate of D. W. Fish Real Estate since 1983.  Tom is a lifelong resident of Manchester and has been involved politically in town for many years.  Tom has held several elected positions in Manchester and is currently serving as the Deputy Registrar of Voters.  Tom and his wife Elaine has three children, Tom, age 26; Marissa , age 23 and Elisabeth, age 16.  Besides his political interests, in his spare time Tom is an avid gardener and enjoys swimming, hiking and canoeing.
