We’ll explore your needs, goals and preferences in a home, and determine the areas in which you would like to look. We’ll provide you with up to date information of any and all listings in your market area by:

Searching the market to identify all properties consistent with your needs and price range
We will enter your home criteria parameters into our MLS computer system, which will automatically e-mail all new listings that meet your criteria directly to you .
We will be available to show you any and all listings that interest you, even if they are listed by another Real Estate Company.
We’ll help to familiarize you with areas by providing community information including: school reports, Town information and maps pointing out highways, shopping and commuting possibilities.

Once you have found the “perfect” home, we’ll help you prepare a written offer to purchase the property.

We will represent you by negotiating the purchase contract on your behalf until price & terms are agreed upon by both parties.

From here, we will guide you through:

Home inspections and property tests
Securing financing
Preparing for closing

And, finally, we’ll take you through the closing process and be the first to wish you congratulations on your new home.
