I have a passion for homes, and have enjoyed remodeling my own home and helping others remodel theirs. This experience I have gained in numerous hands-on rehab and remodeling projects helps me advise clients more fully in the purchase or sale of their homes. Not all homes are created equally, and neither are all home buyers. My goal as a buyer representative is to help you define your needs and lifestyle elements which will affect the size, location, and style of home that you need. Then together we set out to get the best deal we can for your needs. I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers make the dream of owning a home a reality. With home prices and interest rates at their current lows, I have been successful in helping convert many renters into homeowners, often at a lower monthly payment than their current rent. I strive to represent each client in a professional manner and to help both buyers and sellers through the inevitable challenges of inspection and financing issues with the least amount of drama and stress possible, always attempting to find a fair and equitable solution for all. I am a graduate of Brigham Young University and have taught Spanish at Rockville High School. In addition to Real Estate, I enjoy involvement in my community and church family. My other passions include choir and instrumental music, flower and vegetable gardening, and photography. I would be happy to work with you on all your Real Estate needs.
